Job summary

Tapi Carpets & Floors Limited is seeking a proactive field-based Flooring Consultant who will spend most of the day on the road in their own vehicle. You will use our Masterpiece software to measure, plan, and estimate flooring fits, ensuring readiness for our fitting teams.

The role requires a customer-focused, sales-driven individual with strong communication and route-planning skills. Training will cover Masterpiece software, safety protocols, and delivering exceptional service nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in field-based sales and customer service preferred.
• Full driving license and own vehicle.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working on the road and in customers' homes.
• Able to plan routes efficiently.
• Willingness to learn Masterpiece software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations.
• Meet customers in homes and put them at ease.
• Use Masterpiece software to measure and provide solutions.
• Prepare detailed flooring plans and onsite quotes.
• Inspect sites for faults and prepare reports.
• Check for uneven floors, dampness, and hazards.
• Process customer orders accurately.
• Follow Health and Safety and company security rules.
