Wynne Consulting Limited is seeking an on-site Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, repair and support vacuum pumps and systems for a range of industrial clients. You will act as the technical expert on site, ensuring equipment reliability and high levels of customer satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on problem-solving, interpretation of mechanical and electrical drawings, and strict adherence to Health & Safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service engineering roles.
• Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Strong reporting skills and documentation discipline.
• Solid understanding of Health & Safety practices.
• Time-served engineering or electrical qualification.

Responsabilités

• Maintain, repair, and support vacuum pumps, systems and plant equipment on site.
• Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance across multiple manufacturers.
• Fault finding, strip-downs, repairs and breakdown coverage.
• Survey equipment and promote service contracts / healthcare plans.
• Prepare quotes for minor installations, upgrades and system alterations.
• Carry out minor installation and commissioning work when required.
• Maintain accurate service reports, parts usage and stock levels.
• Provide technical advice and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
