Job summary

Verto People Ltd is seeking a Service Technician / Workshop Engineer / Pump Engineer to join a global leading engineering manufacturer. The role concentrates on electrical and mechanical repair, service and commissioning of industrial pumps, mainly in the workshop with occasional field visits across the South UK.

Ideal candidates will have mechanical experience with pumps, rotating equipment, filtration systems, hydraulics or wastewater products, be able to read engineering drawings, and hold a

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Technician or Workshop Engineer with a mechanical bias.
• Experience working with pumps, wastewater/sewage pumps.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical and mechanical repair, service and commissioning of industrial pumps in the workshop.
• Occasional field visits to customer sites across the South UK.
• Undertake planned and preventative maintenance; diagnose faults and monitor performance.
