Job summary

Kenwood Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead learning and development initiatives on-site within the Supported Housing sector. The role follows a Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm schedule and involves delivering face-to-face training to support workers.

You will ensure content is current and compliant, track attendance, manage paperwork, issue certificates, and provide reports and compliance data to the Senior Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Training and creating tailored training packages.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging face-to-face training to support workers within housing.
• Ensure training content remains current and compliant with legislation and best practice.
• Evaluate training programmes by gathering feedback and identifying improvements.
• Maintain attendance registers for every training session.
• Complete mandatory paperwork by staff.
• Produce and issue training certificates after completion.
• Maintain accurate training records and filing promptly.
• Update training trackers and spreadsheets.
• Prepare training reports and compliance data for Senior Leadership Team.
