Job summary

Unyk Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to move into a training leadership role. You’ll design practical training across multiple regions, coach on live projects, and run structured inductions and toolbox talks.

This is a genuine step up for someone with a strong residential housebuilding background, credible site experience, and a track record of mentoring colleagues. National travel is required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in residential housebuilding on live developments.
• Proven track record mentoring junior staff and trainees.
• Experience delivering toolbox talks and inductions.
• Ability to engage professionals one-to-one or to a room.
• Willingness to travel nationally and stay away overnight.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Design training reflecting real site practice.
• Coach site teams on live developments across regions.
• Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and structured training days.
• Own and manage the training calendar.
• Provide input into site and production team development.
