Job summary

Groupe Adequat UK is seeking a Technical Account Manager to be the central liaison between a key client and service vendors on-site near Bristol. Qualifications

• Experience overseeing critical environments such as clean rooms or data centres.
• In-depth knowledge of cooling systems, N+1 redundancy, and technical infrastructure.
• Experience as an Account Manager or Account Director in a technical setting, with strong client/vendor relationships.
• Full budgetary responsibility including planning, forecasting, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact between the client and all service vendors for on-site operations.
• Oversee a dedicated team of 40 professionals on-site.
• Maintain critical environments (clean rooms, data centres) with robust cooling, redundancy and filtration.
• Balance technical requirements with high-quality customer service to meet client and regulatory expectations.
• Directly manage technical challenges, ensuring compliance and efficiency across facility systems.
