Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the site.
• Lead and maintain a responsive site team and ensure alignment with short- and long-term site needs.
• Oversee recruitment activities and onboarding with site management on staffing levels.
• Prepare Management Information and run Weekly Meetings with client Ops/HR teams.
• Close payroll weekly, handle adjustments, holiday pay, and issue client cost reports with PO numbers.
• Ensure compliance with Company Policies and internal requirements.
• Monitor systems to ensure accuracy and accountability of the onsite team.
• Manage team performance against KPIs and site SLAs.
