Job summary

Octopus Energy is scaling Tenant Power with a hands-on, field-based role. You will work on-site with housing associations and installers to ensure designs, kit requirements, and sign-off criteria are understood and met.

You’ll help gather practical feedback to improve guides, training, and future plans. You will travel across the UK, supporting battery and inverter setups, data monitoring, and live data flow to keep everything running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with domestic solar PV, battery storage installations.
• Hands-on electrical knowledge and troubleshooting on site.
• Ability to read designs, BOMs and installation guides.
• Strong problem-solving and feedback skills.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on on-site support with installers during setups and sign-off.
• Bridge gaps between guides and field practice for clarity.
• Coach installers to meet our standards and blueprint every time.
