The Clancy Group is seeking a Senior Health & Safety Advisor to support Southern Water, delivering practical safety guidance on-site across multiple sites. You’ll drive safe behaviours, conduct inspections, and lead investigations to prevent recurrence.

You will need a strong operational background, NEBOSH General (or Construction) Certificate, Tech IOSH, and a full UK driving licence. Travel across the region is expected.

Formación

• Experience in Health & Safety within construction, utilities, water or civils.
• NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate essential.
• Proven advisory experience on-site with strong practical focus.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out regular site inspections, audits and behavioural observations.
• Provide practical Health & Safety advice to operational teams.
• Lead accident investigations, identify root causes and improvements.
• Promote positive safety behaviours and ABC tours.
• Support teams to meet Health, Safety and Wellbeing objectives.
• Identify gaps and improve H&S processes, procedures and performance.
• Contribute H&S input into tenders, bids and planning.
• Communicate legislative changes and implement new practices.
• Ensure safe working conditions across diverse site environments.
