Job summary

Clancy is seeking a Site Manager in the United Kingdom to lead essential gas network projects. You will manage fast-paced work, drive efficiency, control costs, and champion safety on every day.

You will lead a capable team, provide training, and implement continuous improvement to keep projects on schedule and within budget. A strong leader with industry knowledge is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sites in gas, utilities, construction or infrastructure with a proven leadership record.
• NRSWA Supervisor and SSSTS/SMSTS qualifications; civil engineering and first aid are a plus.
• Full, valid driver's licence and strong knowledge of gas industry safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Keep the team focused on safety and environmental standards per H&S rules and NRSWA specs.
• Identify issues early and escalate promptly to keep projects on track.
• Lead and mentor the team with training to grow and succeed.
• Encourage continuous improvement and fresh ideas to move the business forward.
• Stay ahead of schedules to reduce disruptions and avoid mistakes.
