Job summary

Johnsons Workwear in the UK is seeking a Customer Service Co-ordinator to support installation and servicing of company-owned equipment at customer sites and to act as a key link between customers and the business. The role combines hands-on, customer-facing activity with coordination and communication to ensure service standards and customer relationships are maintained.

Qualifications

Experience in delivering front-line customer service and coordinating field tasks.
Ability to measure, install, and service equipment at client sites.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Measure and install new customer accounts, renewals, and additions, including garment pre-fitting.
Service towel cabinets and other rental equipment in line with company standards.
Load and unload vehicles and place items in designated areas at customer sites.
Carry out stock checks as requested.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers.
Identify opportunities to expand the business and report these to management.
Liaise closely with the Customer Service department and support the wider team where required.
Undertaking ad-hoc duties as required to support operational and customer service needs.
