As part of the role, you will maintain service standards, support sales performance, and collaborate with Customer Service Administrators to provide effective account support.

Responsibilities

• Achieve customer retention and sales targets within your assigned area
• Complete customer visits in line with agreed schedules
• Work closely with Customer Service Administrators to ensure effective account support
• Manage and escalate customer queries as required, keeping managers informed
• Maintain accurate records and customer information
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Undertake ad-hoc duties to support business and customer service needs
