Job summary

Crown Lift Trucks Ltd. is seeking a Service Engineer to perform on-site service and repairs on customer trucks, following Health & Safety and quality procedures. The role involves planned maintenance, occasional off-site work, and stock monitoring to ensure fleet readiness.

The candidate will need a driving licence, fault-finding and repair skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A pension plan and various employee benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Must hold a full UK driving licence and be able to travel to client sites.
Proficient in fault finding and repair work.
Experience in workshop or field service environments desirable.

Responsibilities

Carry out service and repairs to equipment at customer sites safely and professionally.
Monitor site stock for daily maintenance needs of the fleet.
Carry out inspections to ensure safety of repaired equipment.
Complete job sheets, timesheets and parts paperwork promptly.
Manage equipment and tooling, keeping them in a safe condition.
Adhere to strict schedules and deadlines.
