Job summary

Mitie is seeking a security professional to protect property, people and assets on-site in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on meeting KPIs and SLAs while ensuring compliance with UK laws and internal Assignment Instructions.

You will undertake ongoing training and licence renewals to maintain high standards of service. Responsibilities include incident reporting, adherence to safety procedures, and timely communication with the client and emergency services when required.

Qualifications

• Front-line licence in Security Guarding or Door Supervision is required.
• CCTV PSS SIA Licence is required.
• Licence renewal: renew your licence 16 weeks before expiry.

Responsibilities

• Protect our customer's property, people and assets by providing security services on site according to Assignment Instructions (AI's) and updates.
• Meet and/or exceed KPIs/SLAs to help retain the contract.
• Complete required competency training and engage in continuous self-development.
• Comply with all policies, UK law and regulatory requirements as directed by the Security Account Manager.
• Maintain safety and health obligations and report incidents promptly.
• Complete accurate incident notebooks and assist with incident reports.
• Carry out check calls at allocated times and contact emergency services when needed.
