Job summary

You will be responsible for meeting and aiming to exceed KPIs and SLAs, while delivering reliable service that supports contract retention.

On-site duties include strict compliance with UK law, maintaining incident logs, licensing requirements (SIA front-line license and CCTV PSS), and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Front-line licence in Security Guarding or Door Supervision required
• CCTV PSS SIA Licence required
• Licence renewal due 16 weeks before expiry

Responsibilities

• Protect client property, people and assets by following site AI's and changes.
• Deliver results meeting/exceeding KPIs/SLAs to support contract retention.
• Complete required training and self-development.
• Ensure compliance with policies, UK law and regulatory requirements as directed by the Security Account Manager.
