Job summary

Mitie is seeking a vigilant security professional to protect client property and people on site. You will follow site Assignment Instructions, maintain compliance with UK law, and meet KPI targets.

The role requires front-line Security Guarding/Door Supervision licences and a CCTV PSS SIA licence, with additional contractual training as needed. You will be expected to undertake continuous development while remaining available for on-site work.

Qualifications

• Front-line licence in Security Guarding is required.
• Front-line licence in Door Supervision is required.
• CCTV PSS SIA Licence is required; additional courses may be contractually required.

Responsibilities

• Protect our customer's property, people and assets in line with site AI's and changes.
• Deliver results that meet or exceed KPIs/SLAs through accountable service.
• Take part in required training for continuous self-development.
• Comply with policies, UK law, and regulatory requirements as directed by the Security Account Manager.
• Carry out tasks on site as defined in the published Assignment Instructions (AI's).
• Maintain safety, report incidents, and follow the incident reporting process.
