Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Security professional to provide frontline guarding or door supervision on-site in the UK. You will work to the Assignment Instructions, maintain safety, and renew your SIA licence as required.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements is essential and you will report incidents with detailed notes. Previous security experience is preferred, and you must hold a valid SIA front-line licence.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience required.
• SIA License (front-line) is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of and ensure compliance with policies, legal and regulatory requirements on site.
• Complete assigned tasks as defined within the published Assignment Instructions (AIs).
• Renew your front-line licence 16 weeks before expiry.
• Look out for and report health and safety hazards on site.
• Maintain professional conduct with difficult customers and incidents.
• Keep accurate notebook entries after any incident for reporting.
