Job summary

Equals One Ltd in Leeds and across Yorkshire is seeking a Working Supervisor with strong Layher System scaffolding knowledge to lead and support on-site teams, supervise erection, modification and dismantling, and ensure high standards of safety and workmanship. You will work hands-on when required, plan workloads, coordinate with site management, and maintain housekeeping.

A valid scaffolding card, SSSTS, and a full UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

Solid scaffolding experience with Layher System.
Experience supervising scaffolding crews.
In-date scaffolding card.
Knowledge of scaffolding safety standards and site procedures.
Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Leading and supervising scaffolding teams on site.
Working hands-on alongside the team when required.
Overseeing the erection, alteration and dismantling of Layher System scaffolding.
Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with site procedures.
Carrying out checks and inspections of scaffolding and Layher components.
Coordinating with site management and other contractors.
Planning workloads and helping the team meet project deadlines.
Maintaining high standards of safety, workmanship and housekeeping on site.
Identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
