Job summary

100% Group Ltd is seeking a Field Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain client fixtures and products in store across Bristol and the South West, with travel across the region and occasional nationwide trips.

You will install/remove POS, update project systems, complete site compliance audits, maintain the company vehicle and build strong client/internal relationships. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence with 2+ years experience and max 6 points.
• Strong organisation, customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work unsupervised and solve problems in a busy environment.
• Knowledge/experience of Retail installations/maintenance (POS/POP) is useful but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain client fixtures and products in store
• Installation and removal of POS
• Complete all maintenance visits within agreed project timelines and review weekly schedule for route planning efficiencies
• Updating all systems required for the project
• Complete detailed, timely and accurate site compliance audits
• Maintain the company vehicle and carry out vehicle checks
• Build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally
• Act as an ambassador for and proactively promote the business
