Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a Reinstatement Supervisor to oversee reinstatement teams across contracts. You will supervise on-site activities, ensure high standards, and collaborate with scheduling and client contacts to deliver cost-effective projects.

The role requires utilities and civils experience, NRASWA qualification, and a strong emphasis on safety and quality on highways, building sites and private lands.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the Utilities industry
• Experience on Civils projects
• NRASWA qualification
• Full and clean driving licence
• Health and safety awareness
• Computer literate and familiar with basic software packages

Responsibilities

• Oversee reinstatement teams and daily activities
• Organise labour cost-effectively; manage recruitment and attendance
• Coach staff to reach potential and maintain a fair culture
• Support frame and cover programmes; meet KPIs
• Manage defect programme; attend highway meetings
• Liaise with scheduling; communicate with clients and internal systems
• Engineer on-site solutions; deliver first-time quality
• Act as Health & Safety representative; conduct inspections and investigations
