Job summary

Qualifications
- Proven experience leading and managing teams in production/manufacturing/industrial settings.
- Experience delivering against safety, quality, cost and schedule targets.
- Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and safe systems of work.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical documentation and production specifications.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and people leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day production activities to deliver contractual commitments and production objectives.
- Set clear priorities and performance expectations across multiple disciplines and departments.
- Monitor production performance and implement recovery plans as needed.
- Champion a proactive safety culture and ensure health, safety and environmental requirements are met.
- Develop team capability through coaching, performance management and workforce planning.
