Qualifications

• Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all plant and equipment at the Rolls-Royce contract site.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programmes to minimise downtime.
• Inspect MEP systems and resolve faults in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with vendors to source materials and negotiate service contracts.
• Maintain relations with regulatory authorities and stay updated on standards.
