Health Partners is seeking an Occupational Health Technician to join our on-site team at Hinkley Point C in Somerset. You will conduct health screening procedures, support clinical staff, and maintain accurate health records within company protocols.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) with a shift mix including day, back, and night patterns. Salary is £26,780 and includes benefits such as pension, life assurance, and generous leave.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in occupational health is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
• Strong IT literacy.
• Self-motivated and proactive, ability to work independently and in a team; maintains patient confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Conduct health screening and surveillance procedures (baseline measurements, audiometry, spirometry, vision, drug/alcohol testing) following protocols.
• Maintain accurate medical records and support clinical staff.
• Assist with PTS medicals and non-clinical tasks; promote health education programs.
