Health Partners Group Ltd is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at the client site, Hinkley Point C in Somerset. The role focuses on health surveillance, professional clinical care, and driving wellbeing initiatives for employees.

You will work within a collaborative OH department, providing timely assessments and guidance while maintaining high clinical standards and staying up to date with best practices.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with NMC registration.
• Experience in health surveillance desirable.
• Strong organisational and IT skills including Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide health surveillance and manage escalations via the Occupational Health Technicians.
• Provide professional advice, support and guidance to clients.
• Assess new clients presenting to Occupational Health.
• Assess individuals' fitness to work for appropriate job roles.
• Provide clinical assessment of clients presenting with minor illness or injury.
• Support the Senior OH Advisor to monitor and assess clinical practice of the OH team.
