Job summary

EQUANS is seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance & Service Technician to join the on-site team at the University of Leicester Student Accommodation project. The role involves reactive and preventative maintenance across the site, with a company van provided for travel.

A DBS check is required and on-call duties may apply. The ideal candidate will hold a base trade qualification (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) and have experience in a comparable role, with duties including maintenance of mechanical

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role essential.
• Trade qualification minimum NVQ level 2 or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of ACOP L8 desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Reactive Works and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) as per schedule.
• Respond to Reactive Maintenance requests during working hours and Out of Hours rota.
• Perform inspections of building fabric, fixtures, fittings and minor repairs.
