Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to join the Estates Delivery team within UK Defence Operations. Based at a defence site in the UK, you will perform building fabric maintenance, respond to routine, planned and responsive tasks, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

You will need a Level 3 NVQ or equivalent and a full driving licence, with experience across facilities, plant equipment, health and safety compliance, and Microsoft Office familiarity.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in multi-skilled maintenance across building fabric and site services.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental procedures and processes.
• Proven ability to deliver quality maintenance with standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-skilled maintenance services related to building fabric and site services.
• Support planned, responsive and demand maintenance requirements.
• Be part of the on-call rota as required and communicate effectively.
