Arcus FM Limited in Bristol is seeking a Resident M&E Engineer on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract to join an on‑site team. You will deliver PPM, reactive repairs and general building services support.

Qualifications

• 18th Edition is essential.
• Hands-on experience in an M&E or multi-skilled engineering role.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Health & Safety awareness is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on-site.
• Perform electrical and fire alarm testing and fault finding.
• Carry out minor plumbing and fabric maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide high-quality service to clients and engage with on-site team.
• Work independently with support from a wider team.
