Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting a Multi Skilled Engineer to join our team in Bristol. The role involves responding to breakdown maintenance requests, ensuring routine maintenance is completed to a high standard, and testing power quality.

You will manage weekly and monthly PPMs, liaise with sub-contractors, monitor environmental conditions, determine root causes, and maintain site logs. Knowledge of building management systems and the 18th Edition is required or advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience working with building management systems including fault finding and operator use.
• FM experience advantageous
• Knowledge of Health & Safety policies.
• 18th Edition

Responsibilities

• Respond to breakdown maintenance requests within SLAs.
• Ensure routine maintenance is carried out to a high standard.
• Test and diagnose power quality issues.
• Carry out weekly / monthly PPMs.
• Liaise with sub-contractors for repairs and ensure works follow CBRE policies.
• Monitor and analyse environmental conditions and equipment loading.
• Determine root causes and actions to restore availability and prevent recurrence.
• Accurately maintain site work logs and paperwork.
• Other duties as required.
