Job summary

Suffolk New College is seeking Learning Support Practitioners to provide essential classroom and workshop support and practical assistance to our students and to play a key role in supporting our teaching staff to deliver an exceptional student experience.

You will work alongside teaching staff, and will be deployed in a range of vocational workshops or classrooms, working with groups of students, or on a one to one basis.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with young people and SEN is desirable.
• Flexible style and ability to build relationships with students and staff.
• Pro‑active and able to use initiative.

Responsibilities
