Responsibilities

• Provide on-site presence and primary contact for learners, instructors and stakeholders.
• Coordinate delivery of learning activities and ensure smooth delivery within site constraints.
• Support room setup, materials and logistics for on-site training sessions.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues in real time and escalate where needed.
• Engage with learners to provide guidance on learning pathways and solutions.
