Job summary

Barratt Redrow PLC is seeking an on-site professional to support site operations, reporting to the Site Manager and ensuring labouring tasks meet high standards within required timescales across multiple developments. You will help maintain safety, signage, and welfare while coordinating with subcontractors to protect materials and keep plots tidy.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic self-starter able to use initiative whilst working unsupervised.
• Experience of working on large volume domestic house building sites.
• Health and Safety awareness.
• Holder of a current CSCS or partner scheme card.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all works on site as instructed by the Site Manager and in line with BDW standards and procedures.
• Inspect all on-site signage and ensure signs are clean and in good repair.
• Take personal responsibility for health and safety on site and report breaches to the site manager.
• Ensure protection of fixed material is managed by the Sub-contractor and maintained.
• Ensure waste across the site is segregated and recycled following guidelines.
• Walk around plots daily to ensure cleanliness and no surplus materials.
• Support site housekeeping on welfare facilities and plot tidiness.
