Job summary

Salt is seeking an IT Service Engineer to join a modern, globally established wealth management organisation in London. The role focuses on on-site end‑user IT support, coordination, and leadership within the IT End User Experience team, reporting to the EMEA manager.

The position requires at least three years of experience, strong Microsoft tech knowledge, and a commitment to security and service quality. It is a fully on-site role with potential for wider coordination across London sites.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in end‑user IT services.
• Strong Microsoft tech knowledge (Azure/AD/365).
• On-site IT service delivery and coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily IT service operations for the London site.
• Provide advanced end‑user support across devices and software.
• Lead on-site incident triage and resolution, including escalations.
