DXC Technology is seeking an on-site engineer for a secure site in Guildford with potential support at nearby sites such as Frimley. The role requires SC security clearance and eligibility to work in the UK.

Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours, with training and a comprehensive benefits package. You will provide on-site field support, conduct security audits of devices, and liaise with customers on technical and administrative matters.

Qualifications

• SC Security Clearance required.
• Experience with the company's hardware, software and equipment products.
• Experience with customer technology and support requirements.
• Experience with process and/or system design concepts.
• Experience with programming languages, operating systems and software.
• Experience with engineering principles and practices.

Responsabilités

• Provides on-site field support to customers including installation, servicing and repairing of systems and equipment.
• Answers customer questions and resolves issues; escalate when needed.
• Acts as a liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
• Performs analyses and reports on system problem trends and issues.
• Assists in applying engineering principles and practices as they relate to system design, process flow and/or discrete modelling.
• Interacts with the client's engineers to gather information for the overall solution design.
• Assists in the design of basic technical programs for projects or enhancements to existing programs.
