Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in housing management gained in local authority, RSL or related organisation.
• Excellent people skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and delivering under pressure.
• Good administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage housing stock and tenancy administration.
• Address breaches of tenancy and anti-social behaviour in collaboration with partner agencies.
• Conduct tenancy audits and respond to tenancy-related queries.
