Fugro-Geoteam AS is hiring a Goods-In Assistant for our Wallingford, Oxfordshire office. This on-site, full-time role supports the movement, storage and management of samples, materials and equipment for geotechnical investigations and client projects.

You will maintain accurate records, coordinate deliveries, and assist with lab and logistics activities, contributing to high-quality data delivery. A full UK driving licence is required; forklift licence is desirable and may be an asset for

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and accuracy in records.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication within a team.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work physically and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record incoming goods and samples.
• Support storage, handling and dispatch to clients and sites.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with stock checks and documentation.
• Assist with sample management, packaging and transfer processes.
• Coordinate with couriers, lab teams and site personnel.
• Promote a safe, clean warehouse environment following QHSSE standards.
• Resolve discrepancies in inventory and deliveries with clear communication.
