Adecco Group UK & Ireland is recruiting an Archive & Logistics Coordinator for our Winsford operation. The role combines archive management, logistics support and customer service in a secure storage environment, with forklift duties.

The position is permanent, full-time with occasional weekend work. A valid FLT licence is essential and a full UK driving licence is preferred. Salary ranges from £28,797 to £29,157 per annum.

Qualifications

• Valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• IT literate with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming documents and archive materials.
• Store, locate and retrieve customer assets accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare customer orders for collection and delivery.
• Operate and maintain a computerised document tracking and logging system.
• Scan and record assets to ensure full traceability.
• Support transport administration, work order processing and route planning.
• Deliver excellent customer service and respond to customer requests.
• Operate a forklift truck as part of daily warehouse and storage activities.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and site presentation.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety procedures.

We are recruiting for an Archive & Logistics Coordinator to join a specialist storage and logistics operation based in Winsford. This is a varied, hands‑on role combining archive management, logistics support and customer service within a secure storage environment. Approximately 20% of the role will involve operating a forklift truck, so a valid FLT licence is essential.

Key Responsibilities
