Job summary

Oxford Health is seeking a part-time Forensic Administrator to support the Prison Mental Health Team at HMP Huntercombe near Henley, with on-site hours on Wednesday to Friday.

The role involves producing correspondence, minute taking, diary management and accurate System1 data entry, while liaising across the multidisciplinary team with compassion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Proven administrative experience with good eye for detail.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, diary management and minute taking essential.
• Experience liaising with employees at all levels with compassion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Produce correspondence and reports for MDT.
• Organise and attend meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and distribute papers.
• Maintain electronic diaries/System1 ledgers for the multidisciplinary team.
• Handle complex/sensitive information and share with clinicians promptly.
• Update patient information in System1 and manage referrals/endings as needed.
• Provide cover for other forensic administrators when needed.
