Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in London is seeking a driven Project Delivery professional to support the Client Services Manager across multiple projects. You will oversee commercial aspects, lead on-site delivery, and build client relationships to secure repeat business.

The role requires regular travel to client sites, effective communication, and sharp financial oversight to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role and environment.
• Tenant fit-out experience is desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing project budgets up to £500K.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial and technical advice on space use, value, sustainability and project duration.
• Act as the single point of contact for the Client throughout the project duration.
• Manage project cash flow and cost to meet client and business targets.
• Appoint and oversee external suppliers and ensure contracts are in place before works start.
• Review approvals including landlord and statutory regulations to ensure compliance.
• Lead weekly subcontractor progress/coordination meetings and report issues.
