• Minimum 5 years in a Planning/operational role on fast-track fit-out projects.
• Structured, methodical planning approach with clear communication.
• Experience in live, occupied environments and time-critical programmes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain fully logic-linked construction programmes from tender to completion
• Break down project scope into tasks, sequences and milestones
• Collaborate with project managers, site teams and subcontractors to gather planning data
• Monitor site progress and update programmes to reflect actual performance
• Identify risks, delays, opportunities and mitigations
• Analyze the critical path and impact of changes
• Prepare planning reports for management and stakeholders
• Support resource and cost planning aligning labour and materials
• Attend progress meetings to provide planning insights
• Ensure compliance with planning standards and reporting
