Job summary

Morson Group in Glasgow is seeking a highly motivated Planner to join our construction team. You will develop, maintain, and manage detailed project and tender programmes aligned with contract requirements to support efficient delivery.

Key responsibilities include producing integrated programmes, evaluating time-related preliminaries, monitoring progress, and communicating status. Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience is desirable, with BIM/cloud tools knowledge beneficial.

• Experience in contract and tender planning within construction.
• Technical knowledge of the construction industry.
• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce fully integrated tender and project programmes.
• Analyse and incorporate time-related preliminaries into schedules.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and provide mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with teams, suppliers and stakeholders for timely delivery.
• Communicate programme status clearly to all relevant parties.
• Support planning process improvements and mentor junior planners.
