Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an established Technician for a client site in London. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing and decorating, while maintaining high HSE standards and delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires City & Guilds/NVQ 2/3 or equivalent, with electrical/mechanical knowledge as an advantage. You will join a facilities team and support energy efficiency initiatives, reporting defects and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Fabric Technician or similar role with hands-on building maintenance experience.
• Experience in carpentry, plumbing, decorating, or basic repairs.
• Experience in client-facing environments and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks as instructed.
• Carry out general fabric maintenance such as carpentry, plumbing, decorating and basic repairs.
• Support clients and occupants with professional, courteous service.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and safe working practices.
• Complete maintenance records and work orders accurately.
