Job summary

Guidant Global is seeking an experienced facilities management professional to lead client relationships across Plant, Laboratory and Manufacturing environments. The role focuses on delivering services to a regulated pharmaceutical setting while ensuring safety, compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years facilities management at management level.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of GxP and GMP.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder relationships across Plant, Laboratory and Manufacturing areas.
• Ensure service delivery meets contractual SLA and KPI requirements.
• Oversee PPM and reactive maintenance with CAFM documentation.
• Provide reporting on performance, risk, corrective actions and improvements.
• Mentor the on-site multidisciplinary FM team.
• Maintain cost control, budgeting and billing processes.
