Job summary

AWC STAFF SERVICES LTD seeks an experienced Senior Facilities Account Manager to lead integrated FM services at a major pharma and life sciences facility in Harwell. You will be the senior on-site representative and primary client contact, ensuring safe, compliant and commercially successful operations.

You will manage a multidisciplinary FM team across manufacturing, lab, cleanroom, office and plant environments, delivering service excellence, resilience and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Facilities Management within pharmaceutical environments.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary FM teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site delivery of FM services and ensure KPI/SLAs.
• Act as senior client contact managing stakeholders.
• Oversee maintenance, asset performance and safety compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices.
