BAM Infrastructure is seeking a Project Environmental Sustainability Advisor to join our Environmental Sustainability team, supporting energy sector projects across Scotland. You will advise on sustainability strategy, monitor EMS, and train staff to maintain standards.

This on-site role requires 42.5 hours weekly, with frequent project site activity and collaboration with construction teams, clients, and supply chain to drive continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Associate-level or above member of ISEP or a similar professional body.
• Degree-level qualification in Environmental Management or equivalent.
• Passion for sustainability with focus on construction and continuous improvement.
• 3+ years in environmental sustainability advisory roles or Environmental Clerk of Works.
• Technical knowledge in sustainability areas and benchmarks.
• Strong communication skills; able to inspire across the company.
• Motivating others to engage in sustainability objectives.

Mansioni

• Build relationships with construction teams, clients, and stakeholders to communicate environmental sustainability matters.
• Support EMS delivery and sustainability strategy across projects.
• Monitor and inspect to identify risks and opportunities for performance improvement.
• Investigate environmental incidents and advise on actions.
