Job summary

isepglobal is seeking an experienced Environmental Manager to lead environmental management across a major UK new build infrastructure programme on-site. You will work within a live, multidisciplinary construction environment, coordinating with regulators, clients and project teams to ensure compliance and delivery.

The role includes managing surveys, reporting, and incidents while embedding sustainable practices across civil, M&E and logistics workstreams.

Qualifications

Solid track record managing environmental compliance on major construction or infrastructure projects.
Experience engaging regulators and clients directly.
Strong knowledge of UK environmental legislation and construction environmental management systems.
Ability to operate independently on site while keeping wider project teams aligned.

Responsibilities

Lead environmental management and compliance across construction activities.
Act as environmental advisor to project teams, client and regulators.
Coordinate environmental surveys, monitoring and reporting.
Manage environmental incidents from identification to close-out.
Drive continuous improvement and embed sustainable practices into day‑to‑day construction delivery.
Work with civils, M&E, logistics and subcontractors on-site to control environmental risk.
