Ramboll seeks an Environment and Consents Manager to lead the discharge of DCO requirements and manage secondary consents for major infrastructure projects in the UK. The role is predominantly site-based, coordinating with contractors, planners, regulators, and clients to ensure environmental obligations are met on time.

You will guide teams through environmental permissions, develop trackers and evidence, and mentor colleagues while contributing to bids and delivery plans.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in DCO requirement discharge and secondary consents.
• Experience with environmental permitting and management.
• Experience delivering infrastructure projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead management of DCO requirements and environmental compliance on infrastructure projects.
• Develop discharge trackers, consent registers, and evidence bundles; prepare stakeholder briefings.
• Engage regulators, authorities, contractors to resolve consenting issues and maintain programme confidence.
• Review environmental permissions and translate commitments into controls and checks.
• Provide on-site support to contractors and delivery teams and secure close-out evidence.
