Churchill Estates Management are recruiting for an exceptional Development Manager for our developments in Eastbourne. You will co-ordinate the development and related activities, providing a first-class service to Owners and a hassle-free retirement living lifestyle.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will have line management responsibility for one other and be responsible for maintenance, safety checks, health & safety, and organising events for Owners.

Qualifications

• Experience in retirement living, social housing, hospitality, charity or health & social care sectors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development activities and on-site operations.
• Line-management of one staff member and on-site supervision.
• Maintain property and ensure first-class service to Owners.
