Job summary

Encoreestates is seeking an experienced Building Manager for a high-end residential development in Midhurst. You will oversee daily operations, maintenance, and resident communications to ensure a premium living environment.

The role focuses on managing the Dwellant system, supervising contractors, conducting inspections, and maintaining safety standards across communal areas while coordinating with the Estate Manager and client. Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing prestigious residential developments or developments of a similar size.
Strong leadership skills and contractor management.
Financial management experience, including budgeting and cost control.

Responsibilities

Run and maintain all property aspects through the Dwellant system with up-to-date records.
Communicate proactively with residents via the portal.
Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, including contractor management and resident updates.
Carry out regular inspections of communal areas to ensure safety and presentation.
Coordinate planned maintenance and ensure timely execution to required standards.
Prepare quarterly maintenance updates for the Client with the Estate Manager.
