Job summary

Plus One Personnel's client in Leamington Spa is seeking a confident Sales Consultant / Customer Service professional to join a busy self-storage site. You will blend customer service, sales, administration and site support in a hands-on role.

You will welcome customers, conduct facility tours, support bookings, manage records and payments, and assist drivers. The role involves reception duties, occasional site tasks, and Saturday rota when required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing environments such as retail, hospitality or administration.
• Ability to build rapport with customers in-person and over the phone.
• Strong organisational skills and accuracy with records and data.
• Comfort with sales conversations, objections and basic invoicing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries by telephone, email, online channels and in person, delivering friendly service.
• Welcome customers and visitors, conduct facility tours and recommend storage solutions.
• Support bookings, paperwork, ID checks and sales administration through to invoicing.
• Maintain accurate customer records, CRM data, payments and delivery details.
• Process payments and respond to routine account enquiries, escalating when needed.
• Assist site team with debt-chasing and keep reception and site tidy and welcoming.
• Provide practical site support, including assisting drivers and customers and moving items as required.
