London Square is seeking a customer-centric Sales Coordinator to manage the end-to-end on-site buyer journey across multiple developments. You will ensure a world-class experience from reservation through to legal completion and handover, coordinating with buyers, solicitors and internal teams.

The role emphasizes empathy, excellent communication and a meticulous approach to recording information, with a focus on achieving outstanding customer satisfaction and high NPS scores.

Qualifications

• Empathy and strong communication to understand and respond to customers' needs.
• Attention to detail in recording information and selections.
• Efficient time management to meet critical dates in the sales journey.
• Excellent interpersonal skills across channels (phone, email, messaging).
• Knowledge of housebuilding processes from reservation through handover.

Responsibilities

• Progress sales from reservation to completion, liaising with buyers, solicitors, and stakeholders.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with purchasers, delivering a bespoke service.
• Manage CRM systems to track interactions and milestones, ensuring smooth communication.
• Lead on all formal customer communications during the journey, including options selections and pre-completion correspondence.
• Provide updates on build stages through newsletters and personalised communication.
